Beautifully decorated, comfortable room/bed, conveniently located to City center. I ate numerous meals all of which were delicious, the pub staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend Pontcanna Inn and would definitely book again

Friendly welcome, shown to room and facilities and services explained. Asked if I needed a table for dinner and advised to ask if there was anything else they could do. Great in person customer service from all staff on check-in and in the friendly cosy bar area.

The hotel was just steps away from the train station, downtown and the beach. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. My room was very clean and quiet...the price, convenience and restaurant were all A+.

This place is always very friendly, very clean and very consistent. You always know it’s going to be a great stay. The food in the pub is exceptional the owners and Mike the manager cannot do enough for you. You can keep for travel lodges and premier inns this place is so much better

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff was great. We did not know about the back entrance with the elevator in the beginning, but once we learned about that, we had no problems at all.

Riverhouse is well located right by the river, and a stones throw from the lovely Bute Park and city centre. We particularly liked the kitchen which was well organised and the outdoor terrace where we had dinner one evening. The bathrooms were super clean and pleasant.

Was upgraded to an executive room on arrival. Views over the city were brilliant. Had dinner in the restaurant and a quick walk round the city centre. Was only staying the one night, room was great, staff were very friendly. No complaints 👌

I loved my time in this apartment and didn’t want to leave! Everything from the luxurious furnishings to the SUPER comfy bed made my stay fantastic. I had friends over for dinner and the facilities made cooking in here a breeze! Communication from the host was also top class. By far the best ‘home from home’ I’ve stayed in. WiFi was excellent which made working from there so easy with the perfectly sized work desk. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in Cardiff.

The old rustic look keeping the history of Cardiff bay alive. The hotel had lots of character and references to its previous life. Sunday dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.
