This 200 years old+ renovated "Treme Creole Cottage" is a great home base when visiting New Orleans. The neighborhood is quiet, the property is walking distance to everything and parking is rarely a problem. This lovely whole house rental is truly a home away from home. The French Quarter is literally a "walk in the park" away. The Superdome and Smoothie King Center are just 1.4 miles away. So, if you are in town for a game, concert, or whether you are just here for a good time, the location, comfort, and hominess could not be better. The house offers true New Orleans culture while at the same time; providing 21st-century access to all the nightlife New Orleans has to offer. With hardwood floors, central air, and heat, a nice roomy kitchen. The home comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Close to public transportation, this beautiful space is just a 5 min walk to NOLA's world-famous French Quarter and 3 minutes from the I10 interstate, the location could not be better. Just a six-minute drive to the Superdome, 10-minutes to Jazz Fest and the Mardi Gras parade routes are just 1/2 block away. And of course, there is free wi-fi, internet, and cable.

NOLA has felt like home from the second I stepped off the plane from Chicago, in 2013. The city just oozes with friendly people and a welcoming culture that is unmatched anywhere else in the world. Getting into the hospitality industry has really added a lot to my life... I love meeting people from all over the world and having the opportunity to share things like... "Mr. Ed's Oyster House" on St. Charles Ave which, just happens to have the best fried green tomatoes EVER!!! I love going out to dinner with friends and hanging out at the French Market. One of my favorite things to do is to grab a cup of coffee and read the paper at the "Treme Coffee House. I guess I am just a pretty simple guy living a great life.

OMG!!! What a wonderful neighborhood!!! Designated historical, the "Treme" neighborhood dates back to 1783 and is literally THE birthplace of Jazz music. Treme is currently, enjoying a beautiful renaissance... NOLA style. In other words, the community has found a way to bring in 21st-century convenience, without disrupting the charm or character of one of America's oldest neighborhoods. The house sits across the street from Louis Armstrong Park (if you are lucky you might get to meet the Mayor of LAP). The House is about a 4-minute drive to the New Orleans Athletic Club... passes are available. Then there is The Treme Coffee House (the fruit tart is too awesome for words) Circle Foods is the local grocery store and is a throwback to the early 20th century...I have so much fun when I shop there. For those that like a more modern experience... Whole Foods is not too far away. Ask me about the Shrimp and Okra at V and T Food Market. Finally, it's the people that make-up Treme. Whether its the Millennials jogging early in the morning or the families that have been there for generations... you can't help but fall in love with Treme.
