Casa Ione is a one of a kind property with incredible views from almost every room in the house! We are located at the end of a quiet, private street and the entire grounds are gated. We are centrally located - less than a mile to Universal Studios Blvd (you can see it from your view!) 2 miles to the Hollywood Bowl, and 3 miles to Hollywood and Highland, and 3 miles to Lake Hollywood and the world famous Hollywood sign. Grab a burger at In and Out located at the bottom of the hill! Close to everything, yet feels like you are away from it all !

Hello! We are a husband and wife team, local owners, born and raised in Los Angeles. This is our family home. We are available to answer all of your questions and handle any requests/concerns.

We are located in the Hollywood Hills. About a half mile (1 kilometer) from Cahuenga Blvd/Ventura Blvd. Centrally located to everything that is amazing in Los Angeles! As noted above, we are less than 3 miles to Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood Bowl, Lake Hollywood, the Hollywood sign, Universal Studios, In and Out Burgers and so much more! Literally 7 miles to Downtown LA. 5 miles to Burbank.. and about 30 minutes to the beach! (sometimes more or less depending on traffic). This is a quiet, hillside neighborhood, so no one will bother you!
