This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach at the Atlantica Resort Main Building. Condo was newly renovated head to toe with new flooring, all new beds, dressers, appliances, paint and living room furniture. 50% of the total is due at the time of reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your trip date. Booking com doesn't have the ability in their system to reflect this option. IT IS NOT 10% down. It is only a 10% cancellation fee if you have to cancel more than 60 days out. This is within walking distance of the new myrtle beach boardwalk and steps from the gorgeous beaches of the grand strand. The 14th ave pier and restaurant are a stones throw from your 9th floor luxury condo. We provide free WiFi and parking along with a 50in TV in the living room and both bedrooms also have TVs. You are also situated about 200 yards from the north end of the newly constructed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. It was recognized as the nations #3 boardwalk by National Geographic. AT NO TIME WILL MINORS OCCUPY THE PREMISES ALONE. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. Provided by third party company Seaside Cleaning and Linen Service. Service began on bookings after 8/30/19. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. A third party company is providing this service and not part of Dusty Rhodes Properties.
