Hi, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-in before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.

The Falesia di Moneglia, which can be reached from the town along the path outside the tunnels, is characterized by an equipped wall overlooking the sea that is about 90 meters long. A favorite destination also for lovers of scuba diving and trekking: in fact, in the hills that surround it there are numerous paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike which offer incredible views of the coast surrounded by the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub. Moneglia station, which is about 10 minutes by car from the apartment and is the ideal starting point for visiting the surroundings: in about 30 minutes you can reach Monterosso al Mare, before the Cinque Terre, in 20 minutes Sestri Levante, in a about Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. Moneglia is 50 km from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty.
