Relax in complete tranquillity at this 3-bedroom hillside holiday house for up to 6 guests, with a garden and pool! Pets are allowed with an extra charge of Euro 30 This charming property offers a well-manicured private lawn and a big loggia with open-air lounging and BBQ for you to unwind with your loved ones in total peace and calm. From the loggia, guests can also access the shared pool and take a dip at their leisure. - Damage deposit: Euro 600 will be charged for the groups under 21. - Please, NOTE: The owner who lives occasionally in the close Villa, and has separately her own lawn and garden, maintain the right to use the pool sporadically. If necessary, GAS for heating between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot based on consumption. Damage deposit: Euro 600 will be charged for the groups under 21. Tax Town to be paid on the spot: Euro 1 per pax per day - until 10 days - up to 14 years old are exempt.
