Corvin City Apartment is a 2 bedroom flat walking distance away from the popular Corvin sétány. Our 61 sqm property features 2 balconies, a big American style kitchen/living room and a bathroom. The 2 bedrooms are ample size, 10 and 12 square meters. The main bedroom has a king size, while the 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. The house was built in 2007 , the flat is located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. We also offer free parking on site, on the -1st floor of the house. The flat is fully renovated, bright and sunny, thanks to it's huge south facing windows. Free, high speed internet is available. The smart TV allows you to access all your favorite streaming platforms.
We are 2 young professionals, also brother and sister. We have multiple properties in Budapest and at Lake Balaton. After spending many years in hospitality, we have decided to join the short term rental side of it. We have been running our properties for more than 5 years. Happy to help with anything during your stay. :)
District VIII. is the perfect location for you if you would like to be 10 minutes away from the city center. The neighborhood is upcoming and going through huge infrastructural changes every day. New houses getting built here one after the other. Don't worry you won't hear any of it as the 2 new buildings next to us are all done :). Corvin sétány is only a stone throw away. It is a very popular hub among locals and foreigners alike. You find at least 20 different restaurants, pubs, coffees just 8 minutes walk away from the flat. Supermarkets, bus stops, metro access, parks, theaters and great outdoor spaces are literally just around the corner. The airport is 20 minutes away by taxi, or you can take the 100E public bus, which takes about 45 minutes. Getting to the city center takes 10-15 minutes by bus/tram/metro.
