The room is spotlessly clean particularly the bathroom which is my pet peeve! Yehia at reception/front desk is beyond amazing! This guy deserves a raise or promotion! He puts the guests’ convenience and satisfaction top priority. He goes out of his way to cater to guests’ individual needs. Our family of 3, me, my husband and our son were in London to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Could have not asked for a better hotel!
