A small 2-rooms flat in a typical Niçoise-architecture from the begining of XXth century, ideally located in the center of the city. Very picturesque and popular although quiet.
Very lively area :the bigger Nice's open market from tuesday to sunday : fruits, vegetables, fishes, meat, flowers, etc... included from producers. Coffees, restaurants/pizzeria around. A public garden near. Just a few steps of the appartment there are Tram stops.
