Andira Apartments consist of 4 very spacious and fully equipped 2-bedroom apartments with sufficient enclosed private parking for cars and scooters. The apartments feature a balcony on the front and the back, where the continuous refreshing breeze makes air conditioning redundant. The apartments have large patio doors leading to the balcony. At the back of the apartments is a very pleasant cozy plunge pool, surrounded by tropical plants and nicely constructed sun terrace and palapa which offer a great area to enjoy outdoor life either in the sun or in the shadow, whatever you prefer. The terrace, palapa and pool are shielded from the road which means that these apartments are pleasant and private. The terrace also includes a barbecue unit. A supermarket and ATM are around the corner and just 2 minutes walk away. It is good to know that water and electricity are valuable resources on the island of Curacao and therefore quite expensive. The use of water is included in the rental price (fair use policy). The use of electricity will be charged following a ANG 0,85 per KWh and will be deducted from the deposit. In short, the perfect fully equipped and well maintained vacation apartment with the best prices for singles, couples or the entire family!

Piscadera/Julianadorp is very centrally located, in the middle of numerous Restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets, Curaçao largest University, largest Shopping mall Sambil, private Schools, Gas stations, about 5 minutes car drive to the airport and Beaches. Downtown (Punda and Otrobanda) can be reached within 5 minutes. Here you will find beautiful historic buildings, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and off course the famous swinging bridge. Also snorkel/dive and golf opportunities are just 5 minutes away!
