With stunning direct views over Double Bay, an easy walk to the ever-stylish Double Bay village and proximity to the CBD (including easy public transport), this fully equipped, 2 bedroom apartment is a perfect home away from home for visitors to Sydney. Located between Point Piper, Darling Point and Bellevue Hill, and positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac and with a beautiful harbour side location, the apartment is just minutes from renowned Murray Rose pool and Redleaf beach, Double Bay village, Sydney’s best boutique shopping, local parks and Double Bay marina. Just a 5 minute walk to the boutiques, cafes & restaurants of Double Bay village, while public transport to the rest of Sydney is available within a minute's walk. On street parking available during the week, with weekend parking available in Woolahra Council car park 3 minutes walk away.
We are a father and son that manage five holiday homes (four in Australia and one in London). We love hosting guests from within Australia and especially those visiting from overseas. We have now hosted over 500 guests and love having guests stay and providing wonderful hospitality.
Elegant and fashionable, Double Bay has a charm that makes Sydneysiders sit up and take notice. High-end designer stores, a deluge of salons and an emerging dining and bar scene are the pulse of this bayside neighbourhood. It’s the French-esque Murray Rose Pool though that steals the show along with the highly-prized foreshore of picturesque Blackburn Cove. Double Bay is all about living beautifully, from boutique shopping and dining to the elegant foreshore and charming houses that line the leafy streets. It’s hard to pull yourself away from the village-like setting of Transvaal Avenue with its jaw-dropping collection of designer shops located in beautiful townhouse-style shop fronts. The fashion boutiques along Knox, Cross and Bay Streets will have you slowing your pace to make a few detours into the stores which boast chic labels. Renowned as much for its dining as it is for its shopping, Double Bay has restaurants that have established names for themselves on Sydney’s fine dining scene. More and more wine bars and hotels are vying for attention as part of Double Bay’s evolving night life.
