I am excited to welcome you into my stylish upgraded studio apartment in the trendy Jumeirah Lake Towers District. Enjoy your restful stay with the calm lake view. Rooftop Pool (41st floor) offers full Dubai Marina and Palm view with fresh breeze. Perfectly situated 7 minutes away from Metro and Dubai Marina, offering all needful for relaxing stay - 24/7 supermarket in the building, unnumbered cafes and restaurants around the lake. If the beach is more your scene, the JBR Beach is only 20min away by walking or 7 min by car (ride is around 20aed only)

The building Goldcrest Views is situated in the best positioned cluster in JLT, Cluster V - easy accessible via car, taxi from SZR, as well by walking from metro. The atmosphere around the lake is very relaxing and peaceful, allowing you to sleep with an open window, without any traffic noise. Walking around the lake, you may come across all needful, such as plenty of restaurants, cafés, salons, pharmacies, gyms, followed by kids playgrounds, running trucks, basketball court. Neighborhood is very safe and you may enjoy day and night walks. The traffic in JLT is one way, allowing our streets never to be too crowded. Two options: • From Dubai Airport, you may reach your Holiday Home using public transportation - direct red metro line, station to take of is called Dubai Marina (Sobha Realty) metro station. From there you can walk approximately 10 min around the lake or take taxi for AED12/- (3 euros). • Other option is taking taxi from Dubai Airport, approximate cost is AED110/- • In front of the building you may stop taxi at any time of the day and night. • If you are coming with rent a car, you have designated free parking spot within building basement area.
