Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. The staff were so friendly and the cafe and restaurant were wonderful! The beds were also super comfortable.

Place is very clean, owner speaks English and is very helpful and considerate. The dormitory has 12 people capacity but it is not fully used on purpose, in order to keep the place comfortable for all guests. The Mt Fuji view from the shared space/garden is spectacular in the morning, on a clear day (see my pic). Hostel is located in a quite neighborhood a bit out of the tourist attractions, 15-20 minutes walk from the bridge. I stayed there for two nights and rented a bike for 2 days so I can ride back to the hostel. Would definitely stay again.

High scale hostel with great atmosphere, common areas are pleasant and inviting. We stayed in the family room with private balcony and the view of Mt. Fuji was stunning. Sitting at night having a drink with the mountain view is priceless. The family room is really spacious and spotless clean. The common kitchen is exceptionally equipped, and they offer free fresh brewed coffee every morning. A collection of updated travel books in the dining room are useful.

Hostel Mt. Fuji - FUKUYA terletak di Fujiyoshida, 1,4 km dari Fujikyu Highland. Stasiun Gekkoji berjarak 450 meter dan Stasiun Fujisan berjarak 1 km. Teh dan kopi gratis juga tersedia. The host was amazing, being so nice and caring with us, as well as helping us plan the trip. Great location, very good breakfast and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend.

Hostel & Salon Saruya menawarkan akomodasi bergaya Jepang berusia 80 tahun yang telah direnovasi dengan Wi-Fi gratis, 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Shimoyoshida. The hostel is really taken care of, especially for the design and people that are working there! I liked all the details of the place and their café where to have breakfast.

Cukup dengan 10 menit berkendara dari taman hiburan Fujikyu Highland, Fujiyoshida Youth Hostel menawarkan kamar-kamar pribadi dengan gaya Jepang serta akses Wi-Fi gratis di lobi. Excellent, it was a wonderful experience to stay there, we like the Japanese style room with tatami room, and have a sight of mount fuji from our window view. And the location is near by Shimoyoshida Street just 3min walk with not crowded and have a clearly mount fuji view in the early morning. Kindly and polite host to guide us. We are not regret to stay here.

The bathroom and toilet are shared and very clean.

The location is only 3 mins walk from the Kawaguchiko station. Easy to find food. Room was comfortable and clean. Toilets and shower area are clean too. Staff was helpful.
