Makoto-san (along with his staff) was a wonderful host, kind, friendly, and helpful. He organized a lot of fun social gatherings, and created a very welcoming social environment. This guesthouse is just lovely. It's beautiful, comfy, and really clean. Sanae San is an amazing host, very kind and organized. The fact that it's a women-only guesthouse also makes it a safer place for us to feel fully at home. Also, very well connected because Koenji station is just 10 minutes walking. I would definitely come back. I recommend Sanae's San breakfast!!! It was delicious.
