Nice and clean, toilets were clean too. Check-in was easy. There is no staff but the chat responses come very quickly so there were no issues at all, they even allowed us early entry, but we didn't end up using it.

Very clean. Ladies only room was ensuite and the bathroom was huge! Big common room on the ground floor. The blinds give each bunk a bit of privacy.

I Absolutely loved everything about this residence! The location is ideal because you can walk everywhere from here. The place is newly renovated in a simple & elegant with a communal kitchen, laundry facilities, & lots of great support & wonderful communication. Sergio was even helpful in helping me with locating a dentist as I needed a dental filling repair my last day. ☺
