Nice and clean, toilets were clean too. Check-in was easy. There is no staff but the chat responses come very quickly so there were no issues at all, they even allowed us early entry, but we didn't end up using it.

The place is newly renovated in a simple & elegant with a communal kitchen, laundry facilities, & lots of great support & wonderful communication.
