Nice staff, always listening and ready to help Amazing location, 10 mn walk to bus station, 5 mn walk to playa Zurriola and 10-15 mn walk to Playa la concha. Many markets and restaurants around, very lively and safe neighborhood It was very clean, well decorated with nice common area The feminine shared room wasn’t very big, but warm, comfortable and calm. There was no noise from other rooms or from people sharing the room The room have its own bathroom and wc, the bed was comfortable, and sheets warm. There’s a locker for each bed but bring a lock pad The breakfast was simple yet sufficient: toasts, cheese, charcuterie, fruits, cake and cookies, coffee, milk, juices, cornflake.. I was so satisfied with the stay and I highly recommend

The hotel has such as good vibes, amazing common areas to chill out and relax, read a book or met new friends. The room and the bathrooms were very clean and also has a nice kitchen with refrigerator where you can have your food. The staff were very nice, they save my luggage after doing the check out. I really enjoyed this place!! Don’t think twice!!!

The Place Is really Amazing, with a stunning view over the city, and you can Cook in the common kitchen and eat outside on the terrace looking over the Town. It Is not so difficult tò reach, our mobile and car GPS has worked very well, moreover there are lots of street signals. There Is a laundry room and a common area. The rooms are not huge but big enough for a family of 4. There Is a wonderful Path that you can use to reach the city center in about 20 minutes or less without children, going down. If you don't want to walk you can use a bus service, It costs 1.80 each Person and It Is each hour going down and up to the hostel.

The Wi-Fi reception in the dorm room worked beyond my expectations. I would choose this hostel for its excellent Wi-Fi reception only. The atmosphere In the hostel bar. The bar has a small, but sufficient alcohol selection. Glasses, plates and cutlery could be borrowed from the restaurant for private meals. The laundry facility can be used and payed for with an app or with coins. Very handy when not carrying any physical money.

It is a very cozy and clean hostel. Bed was comfortable, very good curtains which make room dark during the night (no distractions). I really liked the receptionist who plays guitar and sings :) and the hostel smelled very nice.

The staff was very nice, I sayed there on the occasion of the marathon of San Sebastián and we could leave our bags after the check out time and come back later to get them, we were also allowed to take a quick shower when we came to get ou stuff back !
