we like everything, location is good, employees always helpful and kind, very clean room, breakfast is very good. the walking tour they offer with wolves is very good, the guiding tour Erika is great, she knows a lot about the history of Madrid and she gives very good recommendations of places to visit and eat. we had no problems in our visit there. Hope to go there soon again.

The room's ambience was fantastic. The design of the entire complex and the room is quite simple and beautiful. I love the colour of the room and the common area. The sound of bird chipping audio in the common room makes it seem like entering into the forest. I love that they provide refillable shampoo and bath soap in the bathroom.
