The room was great and didnt miss anything, the location was awesome (quiet but also close to restaurants and the beach). The walk to the beach was nice and not too long! The hosts were incredibly lovely!! Helping us with laundry, picking us up from the airport and driving us to our ferry! We will definitely come back if we get the chance to see the new house they are building!

We rented a car and the location is easy to get to, only about 15 min from the airport. It is also very close to our favorite beach, the Sandy Skulls beach, which is 23 min away. The owner and his wife are very friendly and hospitable. He welcomed us warmly and served us hearty breakfast every morning. It was very thoughtful of him to go buy breakfast for us so that save us a lot of time, so by around 10am we are ready to explore the island. We enjoyed their well-kept pool, which is very refreshing to dip in after a hot day out. Their AC is strong. The apartment is very comfortable, which an amazing view of the mountains and the rice paddies. Thank you Suleiman and your wife for giving us a very wonderful memories of Langkawi, its good culture, and its people.

An amazing little oasis run by a wonderful couple, Didi & Goy. A friend told me about this B&B lodging as I was looking for a quiet and clean place to stay. I was amazed at a lot of things upon my arrival and Ocean Lodge as it met all my expectations! Firstly, it is less than 7 mins from the airport! Secondly, oh wow! Didi & Goy greeted me upon my arrival. They were so warm and welcoming, It just felt like going home and being with family. My room is big, spacious, and clean. The bathroom is clean and spotless. Overall, the room is great and also smells good. The bed is of a quality mattress and I had a good night's sleep. I love the peacefulness and quietness of this lodging. They also have a small sitting area outside of each room. Ocean Lodge has High-Speed WiFi, Ceiling Fan, AC, Water Heater, Fridge, Satellite TV, and more. It made it easy for me as I need good internet speed for my work online. and a quiet room to take my conference calls. Perfect! The Breakfast was very delicious! Special Goy's Omelette made by Goy. Didi joined me during breakfast time and gave me information about Langkawi and activities to do and places to visit. I directly booked a Mangrove Tour and that was also another amazing experience. The owners are superbly friendly and helpful but also respect your space for privacy. They have a beautiful garden with a Gazebo with 2 hammocks. I enjoyed a cool drink and did some reading on the hammock as it was such a lovely evening. This small little oasis also provides Scooter for rent if you do want to ride around Langkawi. There are also quite a few good restaurants within walking distance from the lodging so I didn't have to travel far for food. My stay was short as I was transiting over to Thailand, but I will definitely come back for a longer stay. I would highly recommend Ocean Lodge if you are looking for a quiet and serene place to stay, convenient and CLEAN!
