This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in, it was so nicely decorated and everything was new and the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Florence. The staff were lovely and we communicated via WhatsApp. The cleaning lady was sweet too and the coffee/ tea and biscuit bar was a nice addition in the hallway.

Eliana was a great host - she met us in front of the B&B, as we couldn't find it, showed us the parking, allowed us to leave our car there after checking out, showed us the tram station (which is right next to the property, so we were in the centre of Florence for 15-20 minutes), and cooked us delicious dinner. :)
Very close to the Airport and easy check-in experience. Lorenzo was a great host as he was able to accommodate an early check-in and was always responsive to any queries
Sylvia was a great host, the location for us was perfect, countryside with beautiful views. We rented a car in Italy, which we used to drive between cities, not in them, so for Sylvia's place we drove 5 minutes to the free parking in the local town and used the affordable bus service to Florence, about 40 minutes into the city.
We like the old stile the house. That's was amazing, very nice and very clean 👌 very quiet and very nice view!! Very friendly people. We advise everyone how want to stay a way from noises and traffic and to enjoy a private home, this is the one place which you can love it. I thank the owners of the house for the communication and all-round help. So thank you so much for everything and definitely we gonna be back here 🙏

Great home stay! Comfortable clean and good host
Be aware: this is a homestay! We were welcomed into Mario's lovely home with open arms. His wife's family from Albania also just arrived, and we were invited to join the dessert of their family dinner. Great host, nice room in a beautiful house. Would highly recommend to stay at Mario's if you want to explore the small village for an evening.
I really appreciate all the care we got from the director Franco. He gave us good advices and showed is nice restaurants. He was really caring when we needed something. The place is nice, private home, what gives you a bit of taste of the life in Florence. The elevator is funny at first but then you get used to it - totally fun The garden is absolutely amazing 👏 The area is nice and pretty quiet compared to the city centre, still everything is in walking distance - if you are lazy you can take a local electric bike... Just awesome 👌
Wonderful location and great accommodation. Living between the locals made us really feel at home. Lorenzo is a great host and we'd highly recommend the restaurant he and his brother runs. The pool area is great, well kept grounds and lots of privacy.
