Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. David and his family are amazing, so nice, helpful, people you want to be surrounded by. The property and old colonial style villa is impressive too, there are free bikes to rent which was fantastic. And the food you get there, breakfast and dinner, tops it all. 100% recommended.

Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store. A truly family-run guesthouse, I would absolutely recommend Villa Khatun to those looking for a relaxing stay tucked away from the chaos of central Panaji. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with a small fridge and kettle. Common areas are great for meeting other guests. The property has nice plants, flowers and even turtles! Alim, an excellent host all around, gives great recommendations for local sights and restaurants based on your interests.

Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!
