No breakfast at the hotel. They own a restaurant in town where one gets a 10 discount. The room itself was very attractively decorated with unique lighting. The bed was very comfortable and impressive. Great shower with all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash included..there was also a very well appointed lounge with large tv and a second room with a large beer/wine cooler and mixers and appropriate beverage glasses. They even provided beach towels for the beach 5 minutes away.

We received a warm welcome from Maz and Simon and we were allocated a garden freestanding free standing room with ensuite. Everything was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Highly recommend.

Brilliant views from the exterior to interior. We stayed in the Stargazer room, it was spacious and clean and neat and weather you're in bed or sitting on the comfy sofa, the views were fantastic!! Lovely! Brilliant! Breathtakingly beautiful! 😍 ❤ just Looking out over the cathedrals and out towards St.Ives Bay. Views are so beautiful at night too and peaceful atmosphere 😌 Biggest square rainhead shower ever was a bonus! And the room has good skylight features and roof windows so could open them for fresh cool air anytime of the day/night. Owners were both lovely and friendly and helpful. Stayed an extra night as we couldn't get enough of the views from that beautiful room. Comfortable bed too!! We liked that town was only a 2min walk down the footpath from Uno House and the bay/beach side only a walk away as well from Uno. Some great restaurants by the seaside!! You know your car is safe n sound parked at Uno house so didn't have to worry bout that! You won't regret spending a night at Uno. We certainly didn't. We loved every bit of being there in a peaceful, calm and relaxed environment with gorgeous views inside and out! ❤❤

It is close to the railway station....a big plus. The room was ample for my needs - the bed was comfy. I will stay here again.

Anything under a 10 would be short selling this place. Our hosts Richard & Denise were amazing. Breakfast was organic and wonderful. We probably ate too much breakfast each day as there was such a variety. Any tastes were catered for. At last we found a bathroom in the UK that was both practical and comfortable. Big shower (that didn't leak) lots of room for toiletries, plenty of room for two people at the same time, warm and very clean and modern. The bedroom was large and comfortable and we even had a snug for TV and snacks and tee and coffee supplied at any time. WiFi was very fast and reliable. Plenty of room to do any work on a laptop. lots of power points for phones and computers. We also did a short wall along the Tamar River which you can see from the room. We even had our own balcony. The house is very quiet. We would be happy to move here permanently.
