Hostal La Comedia in Jardin provides accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Flexible check-in time, and if the room wasn't ready they could keep the bags stored. The owners were super hospitable, gave lots of advice about the area Breakfast was delicious. Location was convenient. Jardin is a small town so it's basically easy to walk to anywhere from the spot.

Situated just 29 km from El Poblado Park, Refugio en el Bosque offers accommodation in Medellín with access to a garden, a bar, as well as a shared kitchen. I really loved this place. It's very quiet and peaceful (certainly compared to the hustle and bustle of Medellin). It's a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant in Santa Elena, but that was fine by me. If you want a perfect place to decompress and just relax for a few days, this is definitely it. Carlos was very kind and accommodating, and Juan was very helpful and considerate, as well.
