It's hard to describe in a few sentences the incredible time we had in this place. We enjoyed here 8 glorious days, spending most of the time by the swimming pool. The hotel is an oasis of peace, where we relaxed on the sun lounges roasting under the Moroccan sun. The outdoor spaces don't need any further praise, the images are enough to describe the beauty of the place, but we can surely say something about the top-notch hospitality, with an incredibly thoughtful staff that was always available for our needs. Special thanks to Ahmed and Hamid (hopefully the names are spelt correctly) that assisted us with our daily requests, but our praises go to the whole staff, that contributed to our stay. Having so many days to spend in the villa, we had the chance to try almost the entire menu; the portion sizes were very generous, flavourful and had enough variety that we didn't get bored - big shout out to the "Beef with prunes", absolutely out of this world. The room was always very clean and had a pleasant smell, the size was perfect and the water pressure and temperature were fine. We didn't find the hairdryer, but as we had our own, we didn't ask (but keep this in mind). As a final note, we left our hearts in this place where everyone was always warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to consider for a mid to long stay in Marrakech, if you are looking for a relaxing stay with occasional trips to Medina. See you next year :)

Mama Toutou is the best place to stay in. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They took care of everything and took care of the guests, too. The breakfast was so delicious and included eggs, jam, butter, cheese, the Morocco bread, coffee, juice, ... There was also a party to welcome the guests and it was really fun. They also served snacks and soup as well as the Moroccan tea. I also wanted to go to the train station and I was in hurry so mama Toutou took me there. I really felt that I was at home with my family and friends and want to thank everyone for that stay.
