We couldn’t be happier staying at Helly’s Secret garden, not only is Agus the best host you can wish for, the beautiful homes are super cozy, clean and have exactly that serene and authentic Bali feel we were looking for. Agus arranged absolutely everything for us, from scooter hire, ferry tickets and even on island transport and snorkeling day trips. Being the fantastic host he is, he even managed to get some fresh fish to grill! It’s amazing to see how Agus and his family built up this business from scratch. This was an unbelievably wonderful stay. The rooms are extremely clean, quiet and comfortable and you cannot possibly beat the view when you wake up in the morning and open your curtains. It is the bluest, most beautiful water, and you are directly overlooking a gorgeous bay that turns into a seaweed Farm in low tide, which is extremely interesting and cool to watch the people working in the fields of seaweed. There are nice beach clubs in walking distance, and good restaurants and convenience stores also within a minute or two walk .the pool is nice and clean. I got some of the best sleep in Bali here. I highly recommend coming here for a gorgeous view and a nice relaxing beach vacation. It’s not a sandy beach directly outside of the hotel but if you go down the street, just a little bit one of the beach clubs has a sandy beach. The pool is nice and clean though. And the owner is extremely kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s an excellent value for the money. Also, the Wi-Fi worked well. The only thing others have mentioned as a negative is the bathroom is essentially outdoors, but somebody said they had a problem because it was raining…. I never had this problem. there’s an overhang so even if it’s raining, you’re not going to get wet from the rain when using the restroom so I wouldn’t worry about that.

EXCELLENT. You will not stay anywhere better than this and for such a great price. The location is perfect, right next to Tiger Lilys & the beach. We went for a sunset walk down the beach every night, it was beautiful! The owners really are the kindest people, there’s nothing they won’t help you with! They even took us to the port on their mopeds with our bags which was so kind. There is a cheap laundry service for any backpackers who need their clothes washing, the food in their cafe is cheap and yummy, especially the vegetable omelette. We stayed in the room closest to the sea on the top floor, it was so nice to look out of the balcony and see the sea! The rooms are so clean & comfy. Thank you for an amazing stay, our best stay in Indonesia!

We had an amazing stay here at Gatri Hut. The family and owners were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The bungalows are cute, comfortable and spotless. The beautiful garden and refreshing pool made it a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious, especially the banana pancakes! Scooters are available for a good price. Fridge in the room makes all the difference. AC lovely and cold. High ceilings in the room. Pool and sun loungers are clean.
