We loved the location - it was a bit on the outskirts of Leeds yet close enough to be able to enjoy the city without having to drive too far. Parking was close to the building we stayed in and the space we rented was very nice and well equipped. Prior posts mentioned the dogs and the noise. I actually really liked the dogs and the few I encountered were very sweet.

A beautiful stay! Such a gorgeous property finished to a high standard! I loved staying here and had a great two nights! Cannot recommend this place enough! The host was brilliant. Accommodated us on short notice and even though we checked in late at 21:00 everything was pristine and spotless by the time we arrived. The host communicated clearly how we could get the keys and all requirements before check in. The property itself is home away from home. Actually let me rephrase that, i will move from my own house and live there. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and the property was well situated for Kirkstall Retail Park as well as easy access to Leeds city centre. 10 mins drive to be precise. I cannot commend this property enough and whenever i am back in Leeds i do intend to stay here if it is available.

My stay here was amazing. The house was really clean and the beds was comfortable, I love that the host thought of everything. There was cups and plates even stuff to cook with, which is really nice. The host was gracious and accommodating, when we requested to extend our stay it was very straightforward and easy. 10/10 definitely will book again.

Fabulous little place, so clean and welcoming. The owners have thought of everything. Great information leaflet about things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommend staying here. Great location too, only an uber ride into Leeds centre,at very reasonable prices. Fabulous pub just down the road too, the thornhill, a must if you stay here.
