We loved the cozy atmosphere of the HanokInn house, and the hosts' genuine warmth made our experience truly special. We left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for Korean hospitality. We can't wait to visit again!

How can it get any cooler than that? It was really cute and got these vibes like you're actually in the countryside as a kid, but for some reason you're a Korean kid. Bed was nice, the host is stellar. Just the best. She was in contact with us the whole time and gave us a lot of instructions to find her home, which is tucked away inside an old town, but is really just a throw away from a bus stop.

Hanok Dasi Bom 101 ligger i Gyeongju, 22 km fra Seokguram, 1,8 km fra Gyeongju Station og 1,6 km fra Cheomseongdae. Great location. Walking distance to cultural sites and shops and restaurants. Near to stay in an authentic hanok in Korea. It was nice that water, drinks and snacks were provided.

House of Tohyang er en traditionel Hanok, koreansk traditionel boligarkitektur, der stammer fra 1876. Huset ligger i Bongwha, 1,3 km fra Bonghwa Station. We loved our stay in Tohyang House. The host is super friendly and brought us delicious mandu for breakfast :) We traveled with friends in a group of four (two couples) and stayed in a house with two sleeping rooms and bathrooms. We are very happy that we stayed in this Korean Hanok with beautiful gardens ! It is a quiet environment (you can hear nature), which we really enjoyed after a week in the buzzing city of Seoul. With a car you can discover some of the beautiful hiking trails in the broader area.

A very neat and clean facility within walking distance to the historic old town and at the same time in a quiet, almost rural area. The room is very basic and your back might hurt if you're not used to sleeping on the floor, but that's the whole point of making this experience ;) You also get a breakfast, so that was a nice bonus.
