A family business and all are very friendly and do their best to make you welcome and satisfied. The breakfast is nice and once they saw I limit myself to fruit as I am vegan, they served me a special vegan plate the following days.

Very sweet lady living in the property, she took good care of us. Self check-in was organised for us and the room are clean and spacious. The area is cool bit out of town but is better to stay here in my opinion much more quite and relaxing.

Owner is incredible friendly and all staff are very kind and generous. Even asked us if we would like dinner with them on one evening. Room is extremely comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. Big supermarket minutes away. Location between bus terminal 2 and city centre so ideal if you have a scooter

This place is run but such a sweet couple. Its a bit outdated but I don't think you can find better in the area. We have only stay 2 nights. They have a restaurant and pool. Also you can always buy some stuff from the fridge

The hotel was strategically located close to the clock tower and not far from the bus station (where you can take a bus to Chiang Mai). The room met the needs of my family of four, with a good sized room and bathroom. Staff and Owner were a-ma-zing. They allowed us an earlier check in, and, were super friendly and communicative.

The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the clock tower and numerous restaurants but a big bonus is the lovely little park next door. The whole area is very pleasant and lively. On Saturday a wonderful street market is held in the location with live music and dancing. All very charming and friendly. The best thing by far is the 2 wonderful ladies who run the business. They keep everything spotless and are so friendly and charming in the best tradition of Thailand. The room’s are all pleasantly furnished with excellent showers and good A/c. I hope to return later this year.
