Loved our stay in this apartment. It had everything you could need, was a great location without being noisy and the host was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and everything was really clean. Great it had a washing machine also.

Pros: - Rooms are modern and clean - Bed/Pillows soft and comfortable - Owner and staff very friendly and welcoming - Aircon cold and clean - Wifi strong and worked well - Location is great, plenty of restaurants nearby, only a 10minute walk from the beach and party street - Pool is clean and has a great view, sunsets are divine - Bathroom clean and spacious - Safety lock box & fridge in room - Laundry service downstairs available Thank you for another great stay!

"My spouse and I spent two months in Thailand, and this hotel was the best and most comfortable place we stayed during our trip. Let me tell you the reasons for that. Firstly, all the ladies working there were very kind and helpful. Secondly, the hotel management was very generous; despite the price, you could have breakfast that included two types of bread, peanut butter, various jams, butter, Nescafé, and tea. You also had full and round-the-clock access to the kitchen, and all the facilities for cooking were available, along with essential cooking ingredients like various oils and spices, etc. The location of the hotel, considering the price of 360 baht per night, was excellent. With just a ten-minute walk, you could reach Patong neighborhood, the most famous beach in Phuket, and Bangla Street. The Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central hot water, and daily cleaning were all fantastic. The neighborhood where the hotel was located was bustling with bars, lively night restaurants, and grocery stores. Thank you, Kanpai Hotel!"

This is the most wonderful place in all of Phuket. The most! We come here for the second year and the second year we stay for 2 months. Here we feel at home. The people who work at Smile have become not just friends for us, but family. Our smiles now live here) Thanks a lot to the owner, to the girls who work at the hotel, in the massage and beauty salon and to all our neighbors with whom we spent these wonderful time.
