Check in was a breeze - great system. Great instructions for how to walk there from the airport (yes, you need to walk all around the runway but is <3 minutes once you get around)! We arrived around midnight due to delays with travel and didn't have to worry about not being able to get in. We left early and again, no issues there. Room was very clean and everything was there that we needed for a short stay. Never met anyone but great communication all around! Definitely recommend.

When I booked a room, Roberto (the owner of the guesthouse) immediately texted me in WhatsApp in order to ask the information that was necessary for check-inn. He also asked me when I arrived and then Roberto sent me photos of how to get to my room (where I could find the keys, which codes were needed, etc). The guesthouse is really close to the airport. There is a walking path that goes from the bus station (if you come from Milan by bus) directly to the guesthouse. It takes around 10 mins on foot. The room was clean and cozy. I had a balcony which was comfortably furnished with the pillows on the chairs and flowers on the table. When moving out, I asked Roberto to give me one document that I needed and he did it really quickly. Thank you so much for the facilities, I really enjoyed my stay!

Great room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Excellent service and availability by the host! Bruno really came to my rescue, even though it wasn't his responsibility or the ideal time of the day (2:45 AM) - I deeply appreciate all the support given! thank you so much! Also, the room is located a 5 min walk from the nearest Lidl and bus station.
