This tent has a fireplace. White Sands Lodge heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant in Divundu. Heel mooie lodge, met een bizar lekker ontbijt, heel veel kleurig fruit, het beste ontbijt wat we in Namibie hebben genoten. Ook de diners waren heel goed. Na de diners bracht steeds een gewapende nachtwaker de gasten naar hun huisjes of hun kampeerplek. Op termijn komt er een groter restaurant dat in aanbouw was en dichter bij de huisjes ligt. Het heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de Kavango rivier precies bij de stroomversnellingen, waar je soms de tijgervissen uit het water ziet springen, dus geen wonder dat er een krokodil op de loer lag om een vis te verschalken.

Deze kamers zijn 20 m² groot. De Shametu River Lodge ligt aan de oevers van de rivier de Okavango, op 6,5 km van Divundu, en biedt uitzicht op de Popa-watervallen. It was a brilliant location-very close to the National parks. We would highly recommend the sunset cruise. The guide was excellent and again the attention to detail to ensure a truly pleasurable experience was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was ever too much!
