If you stick around at the camp during the day, they will pamper you with fresh coconuts, show you how to prepare cashews, take you canoeing to Mida (Captain Daniel is a great guide, unlike some other "guides" you will find on the coast, he actually posesses an abundance of knowlege and has great spirit - he is so fun to be around!), and show you how to make local food. A special shout-out to the ladies - their cooking is amazing! Definitely join their cooking classes or, if you are more into eating, they will make you a great supper with fresh local ingredients. This is a growing organization - for now they can provide only the essentials of facilities, but the prices are adjusted accordingly. Even if you decide to spend your nights elsewhere, be sure to visit the camp and ask about the activities they provide. You will not be disapointed - Harrison with his team will make sure to exceed your expectations. A big thank you to the whole team - we will not forget you!

This tent's special feature is the pool with a view. Providing free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. A fantastic experience all round. We stayed in the Bush Bubble (the term 'tent' does not do the experience justice) and absolutely loved it. Everything is beautifully and very tastefully done. Flowers everywhere, lots of beautiful little details, lots of privacy, very attentive and friendly staff, and everything you could wish for is already present or swiftly provided. We woke up to the sight of monkeys in the trees above our bubble, went standup-paddling in the lagoon, enjoyed time by the pool, and ate at the restaurant. Stefano provides an SUP and a free rescue service by a very friendly and patient captain is available in case the current and/or wind make it impossible for you to return to the hotel under your own steam.

Been to a fair share of similar places around Europe, Asia and Africa, DR is top notch! Highly recommended.

This tent has a shared bathroom, a seating area and a carpeted floor. The unit has 1 futon. The staff was fantastic! Everyone was so helpful and kind. I organized a tour from here and my guide was extremely knowledgeable with the birds. So many amazing birds here. The food was delicious. I would go upstairs at night and ended up sleeping up there so I could hear the sounds of nature and see the stars. I took public transportation here and the walk from the road was easy.
