The host was very welcoming and helpful. He upgraded our rooms for no cost. The beds and room were comfortable. Also, the bathroom was spacious. They also have interesting tours to visit Patagonia in Chile. The property is located near the center and there are a lot of stores nearby.

The host is a local mom with 2 adorable girls. It’s nice to be Welcome by a patagonian family. They are very friendly!

The staff is great, the location is amazing. The on-site restaurant is the best in the area in price/quality terms, even when staying in other places it's worth to come here (like twice cheaper for the same quality).
