The property was lovely, clean and homely, had everything could possibly require during our stay. The owner was fab with details on location and answering any enquiries. Literally a couple of minute walk to the beach, the site was quiet and the veranda was lovely to sit and relax. We didn’t explore much so don’t know about pool or anything however loved that the shop/ pubs were dog friendly even though we sat outside because we had lovely weather.

Lovely caravan very clean bed linen smelt lovely and clean which was lovely as I’m bit funny with bed linen.

The van was a great layout for 2 couples with a bedroom and bathroom at either end of the van and the living areas in the middle. Great to have 2 full barrooms. The twin beds were also bigger than your average caravan ones. Beautiful van with everything you need in a quiet location but close to all amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Location was great, easy to walk to loads of amenities, bars and the beach. Also good to visit other places such as Sutton on Sea, Louth, Alford and Lincoln

Caravan was fantastic. Very comfortable, great communication from the owners. Lovely little touches with having the essentials there. Great location. Would definitely return - we didn't want to leave.

It was in a great location near the beach/supermarket/arcades/park/Chinese/pizza/fish and chips/cafe. Very clean and comfortable with air the creature comforts. Everything you need is there only bath towels and tea towels needed. Instruction were excellent and prompt. Wish we had stayed longer as my granddaughter loved it so much.
