Melhor hostel de todo Egito e melhor experiência da minha viagem de 27 dias! Gandhi e sua família são incríveis (e honestas) pessoas, nos ajudam com tudo e compartilham momentos felizes. Peça comida nos restaurantes indicados (falafel e koshary), nade no rio Nilo durante as tardes e relaxe na área comum. Honestamente, passei mais tempo no Hostel do que na cidade e isso é uma experiência completa! Uma vez que a cidade é pequena e fácil de caminhar. Melhor escolha possível. Boa internet, quartos amplos e limpos, camas confortáveis, com ar condicionado e ventilador. Piscina e caiaque para uso dos hóspedes. Rooftop com vista incrível do Nilo. Área de por do sol. Bom café da manhã. Melhor tour para Abu Simbel!

If you come this far to read these comments and you have an opportunity to stay at Bassam's place, please do not think anymore, I promise you will not regret it. The guest house is located on the west bank just two minutes walk away from the ferry that takes you across the river to the east side where the city is located. So if you arrive in Aswan by train is only a straight 3-minute walk from the train station to the ferry, and then another 2-minute walk to the guesthouse. It's located in a Nubian village away from the hustle and noise of the city. The owner Bassam is the friendliest person you will ever meet. He always ensured that we have everything we need, and he and his family went above and beyond to make an unforgettable experience and it felt like a home away from home for us. We were visiting during the holy month of Ramadan and Bassam and his family invited us to join them for Iftar which was truly amazing. We also went on a half-day tour with Bassam to Aswan Dam and Philae temple which I highly recommend and he also organized a tour to Abu Simbel for us which was also perfect. The rooms were nice and clean and the air conditioning was working great but the highlight in my opinion is the rooftop terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Everything was great, super nice staff, delicious breakfasts, localization far from the noise of the city but close to ferry so it's easy to go to the city center.

O hostel do David é como você chegar na casa da sua avó. A recepção é maravilhosa o David e a família dele me ajudaram a organizar tour muito baratos e ainda foi oferecido café da manhã e janta . Realmente recomendo este lugar !

Perfect location is located in the heart of the Nile and near Philae temple.. the hostel offer you a Nubian food and lovely trips to Abu semple with a shared car, Recommended if you search for a local life in Aswan with a real Nubian people

Foi uma estadia sensacional e incrível! A equipe é maravilhosa, nos faz sentir realmente em casa. A comida é ótima que preparam ao estilo Nubian. As dunas que ficam atrás da propriedade possibilitam uma escalada com por do sol único e banhar no Rio Nilo todos os dias bem em frente foi a cereja do bolo! Gostaria de ficar mais tempo, é o lugar perfeito pra relaxar após vários passeios pelo Egito. Ainda fui convidado pelo anfitrião a conhecer um casamento Núbio, foi incrível. Agradeço imensamente por ter vivido essa experiência!
