Everything - a great family serves as hosts. The property is beautiful with a great view of the Dolomites. It’s located 15 minutes from town for restaurants, but the breakfast served is really great. You’ll love Nemo their yellow lab. He’s a sweetheart.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived - the host welcomed us with tea and biscuits and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is very cosy, in a quiet area with a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was also great especially the homemade cake. I'd definitely come back next time I travel to this area.

The place is beautifully located, in the beautiful countryside of Belluno and offers plenty of opportunities for families to enjoy the land and the beautiful surroundings. The hotel was nice and cozy. The room had a wonderful view of a lake and the room as well as the toilet was clean and spacious. Even though we don't speak much italian, the staff did their best to help us. The breakfast was simple but enough for us:)

I stayed here for one night with my daughter. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were comfortable. And our host was very friendly. Worth staying here just for the amazing breakfast. Cheeses and cured meats produced on the farm and delicious homemade cakes! Highly recommended 😊
