The staff was really kind and helpful, they even helped us to book our HaLong Bay trip. We celebrated our anniversary with my partner and I messaged the hotel in prior - they decorated our room really nicely to surprise us. The room was huge and clean and the breakfast was delicious too. I fully recommend it!

The hotel is very new and well maintained and the beds very comfortable. Bathroom is huge with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with an amazing selection of fresh fruits. The free bicycles were the best we have had in Asia! The location is great, Just a short walk or taxi ride from anywhere in hoi an. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but still a very quiet area. The best part of this hotel though is the staff. They are so kind, sincere, and welcoming. The manager is very helpful and the room cleaners so friendly and efficient. The kitchen and dining room staff always started our day with delicious food and a smile. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

This new hotel is one of the best with good service in Hoi An. We were welcomed and taken care all the time. Breakfast is delicious although it is simple. Remember to ask the staff for recommendation of local restaurants. They will show you the best of the town. Special thanks to Mia, Zoe, Mei, Jenny, Thao, Shawn to make our tour in Hoi An be memorable with full of joy and happiness.

The team at Cozy An are so attentive - no request seems too much. A polite request for ginger tea for my u well wife was no trouble at all - the bar team produced a piping hot pot of freshly made ginger, lemongrass and honey tea in no time at all. I could add so much more,, such as the refreshing coconut coffees. It is just a pleasure to stay at Cozy An.
