The hotel is vey nice and new. The breakfast is delicious and many choices. The staff is kind and friendly especially Ame from Guest services. The pools are large and nice. The shuttle bus free to old town and to the beach. The bike is free. I would like recommend this hotel.

Staff is super friendly with amazing service and they remember your name. Hotel location is great, not that far from center (10 min walk) but also not that close that you hear all the party happening in the center.

The hotel had great decor and furnishings, the room was a good size and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mei. It was really helpful to be able to use the bicycles to get into town too.

The rooms were new, nicely decorated, the bathroom is quite big and everything is super clean! The staff were amazing from beginning to end, and we got massages that were great! The location is perfect, a 10 minute walk to the old town, so it wasn’t noisy at all. Highly recommend this hotel.

The highlight is the swimming pool area 😊 Everything is so clean and the owner - Flower is so friendly and speaks very good English. The dorm room that we stayed in was clean and there was a lot of sunlight there.

The location is terrific - 10 min walk to Ancient City, 15 min bike ride in other direction to beach. Ha, the ever-present staffer at reception, had excellent suggestions, provided a map and added notations for me. Spotlessly clean. Vietnamese breakfast was quite good.
