Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel right on the river. Jenny, the manager, checked in with us every day and instantly made us feel at home. Min, Rose, Larie and the rest of the staff added to the friendliness and helpfulness and made our stay here so enjoyable. An extra bonus was the hotel barge on the river where we enjoyed cocktails and dinner at sunset. Breakfast room and food selection superb as well as their outdoor patio. Jennie was always on top of everything and at the time of our stay she was adding more plants on the already lush patio. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are beautiful, bright, and clean. The hotel is very new and well maintained and the beds very comfortable. Bathroom is huge with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with an amazing selection of fresh fruits. The free bicycles were the best we have had in Asia! The location is great, Just a short walk or taxi ride from anywhere in hoi an. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but still a very quiet area. The best part of this hotel though is the staff. They are so kind, sincere, and welcoming. The manager is very helpful and the room cleaners so friendly and efficient. The kitchen and dining room staff always started our day with delicious food and a smile. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

From the moment we stepped foot, we were welcomed warmly by multiple staff. We picked Little Gem as it is a new hotel, and stone throw from the hustle bustle of Hoi An town centre, so we can still access the tailor shops, restaurants, attractions, markets etc, yet return to a quiet part of Hoi An for the night. Jenny was the hotel manager I believe, and once we’ve checked in, she messaged me via WhatsApp, and was our go to point of contact throughout our stay. Whether it was asking for recommendations on tours, restaurants or things to do, booking tickets to the Memories Show, or asking questions, she was always there if we needed anything. Our shower had issues with the drainage during our stay, and after we messaged Jenny, she had someone come up and fix it within 5 minutes. Wish every hotel has a personal go to contact for things like this! The room itself was very new, comfortable bed and lovely shower/bath tub. Buffet Breakfast is included for the rate we paid which was a surprise. They also have a lovely roof top pool, which we used during happy hour and got to enjoy Buy One Get One Free beer/cocktails. Another great perk was the free bicycle hire. We used this service almost everyday when we go into town. Easy to use and they have quite a few so we never had to worry about running out of bikes on busier days. Highly recommend everyone to stay with Little Gem when visiting Hoi An. You will NOT regret it and honestly feels like a luxurious home away from home!! Thank you Jenny and special shout out to Ni who is the loveliest staff serving us drinks at the pool and breakfast at the restaurant. Every single staff is passionate, kind and friendly. Already miss our stay there!

It is a boutique hotel, quiet and comfortable, a 15min walk from the centre of town. The staff were superb and accommodating. Breakfast spread was fantastic - just the right combination of Western and Asian fare.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and good location. Extending our stay by one night was possible without any issues.

The staff was really nice and friendly with us, and really helpful. They'll gladly give you advices about things to do and places to visit. They also helped us book a bus to our next destination.

Hoi An Babylon Riverside Hotel & Spa býður upp á ókeypis reiðhjól, útisundlaug, heilsuræktarstöð og verönd í Hoi An. I loved how attentive the staff was. Everyone was genuinely friendly and super helpful. It was perfect distance frm old town in my opinion. Not too close to the hustle and bustle, it was just nice. 20 mins walking distance. A special shoutout to the Manager for changing my room to ensure i was comfortable, as well as staff Kim Chi for making my stay so convenient. Highly recommend!
