The staff was really kind and helpful, they even helped us to book our HaLong Bay trip. We celebrated our anniversary with my partner and I messaged the hotel in prior - they decorated our room really nicely to surprise us. The room was huge and clean and the breakfast was delicious too. I fully recommend it!

The hotel is very new and well maintained and the beds very comfortable. Bathroom is huge with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with an amazing selection of fresh fruits. The free bicycles were the best we have had in Asia! The location is great, Just a short walk or taxi ride from anywhere in hoi an. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but still a very quiet area. The best part of this hotel though is the staff. They are so kind, sincere, and welcoming. The manager is very helpful and the room cleaners so friendly and efficient. The kitchen and dining room staff always started our day with delicious food and a smile. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Lloc nou i ben decorat. Personal encantador, molt servicial en tot moment. Agraïment especial a la Mei i la Jenny per les recomanacions que ens van donar. Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and terrace in Hoi An. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. The staff! The team at Cozy An are so attentive - no request seems too much. A polite request for ginger tea for my u well wife was no trouble at all - the bar team produced a piping hot pot of freshly made ginger, lemongrass and honey tea in no time at all. I could add so much more,, such as the refreshing coconut coffees. It is just a pleasure to stay at Cozy An.

The highlight is the swimming pool area 😊 Everything is so clean and the owner - Flower is so friendly and speaks very good English. The dorm room that we stayed in was clean and there was a lot of sunlight there.
