The hotel is vey nice and new. The breakfast is delicious and many choices. The staff is kind and friendly especially Ame from Guest services. The pools are large and nice. The shuttle bus free to old town and to the beach. The bike is free. I would like recommend this hotel.

Little Gem. An Eco-Friendly Boutique Hotel & Spa has free bikes, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Hoi An. This 5-star hotel offers a bar. The hotel had great decor and furnishings, the room was a good size and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mei. It was really helpful to be able to use the bicycles to get into town too.

Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and terrace in Hoi An. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Loved everything about Cozy An! The rooms were new, nicely decorated, the bathroom is quite big and everything is super clean! The staff were amazing from beginning to end, and we got massages that were great! The location is perfect, a 10 minute walk to the old town, so it wasn’t noisy at all. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this place was amazing. The room was clean and comortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were exceptional. The locatioln was perfect, close to all the places you would want to visit esspecialy the Old Town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms and good location. Extending our stay by one night was possible without any issues.
