Le W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills est un boutique hôtel de luxe idéalement situé sur les contreforts de Bel Air et à côté de Beverly Hills, à 15 minutes des célèbres plages de Santa Monica et des... the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.

Le Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa vous accueille à Los Angeles, sur le Wilshire Boulevard, à 5 minutes de route de l'université de Californie. A cozy and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice. It also came with a kitchen for simple cooking.

Situé à quelques minutes du musée Getty Center et de l’Université de Californie de Los Angeles (UCLA), l’Hotel Angeleno possède une salle de sport et une piscine extérieure. The staffs there were so nice and friendly; very responsive and speedy as well. Great access with complimentary UBER ride to Getty or UCLA. Their breakfast was not buffet style, but the dishes were quite nice and the service & view were fantastic. The room was spacious enough and the view was good. Good wifi, and nice bathroom. Cleaning was thorough. Overall, I have zero complaint about the hotel itself and I enjoyed the stay there, especially breakfast.
