They offered us lemonade and coffee every day. They were also very helpful in advising us about good restaurants and tourist attractions and in arranging private transportation for us. Even if you don't need private transportation, the hotel is located right at one of the tram stations which you can take to almost any location in Istanbul.

We got upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable room the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a small street so there is very little noise, which is very rare when you are staying in the heart of a city like Istanbul. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. Super clean room with everything we needed and more. Very stylish design. Magnificent rooftop bar and restaurant - the view is also breathtaking. The staff is very young, nice and helpful. What a beautiful discovery! We are definitely staying here next time we are in the city!
