The hosts are super nice, the room was super clean and comfortable, room service every day if you like. The breakfast was excellent and there was a good coffee machine and a nice selection of pancakes, eggs, fruits and salad for breakfast. There was enough storage space in the room and also a fridge and desk.. Just perfect! You can also rent a scooter and do your laundry here.

Incredible place, so comfortable, in town center, the staff was so kind, to do laundry for free full service and so warm and welcoming and compassionate — breakfast was huge, with all kinds of fresh fruit also. Location very near of the hustle and bustle of Bang Niang, but very quiet and peaceful. Everything in very good condition, spotlessly clean and fresh. Bed is much more comfortable than usually in Thailand. Small kitchenette and proper fridge for longer stays. Aircon is clean, quiet and effective.

Perfect location near everything, the beach is 15min nice walk down the road. The hotel has everything you need, a/c, fridge, nice beds, good shower, very clean. We loved it here and gladly came back again after we went to Khao Sok. The owner is very kind and helpful.

They kept our luggage safe while we were on a day trip, returned me a ring I had forgotten in my room, they offered us towels to take a shower after our day trip (even though our check out was early that day), they saw me struggling with my suitcase lock and did everything in their hands to help and they even set up the coffee and bread early for us since we had to leave very early for our day trip. They went beyond the extra mile. Is in a very convenient location, bars and restaurants at a walking distance.

El Nautical Home Khaolak está a 200 metros del monumento conmemorativo del tsunami y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y conexión de wifi gratis. It was such a pleasure staying at Nautical. Nat & Visa are wonderful and generous hosts. Spent the first night alone, and felt so safe and comfy. Khao Lak is a lovely area with super friendly locals, great restaurants bars and salons! A short 10 min walk to Bang Niang Beach. Would def come back!

Happy hour was great! Staff were super lovely. Christmas gala was incredible! Beach is stunning. Hotel is luxurious with pretty setting.
