The location was perfect! So convienent and quiet. The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

Voted Best Hotel in Old San Juan in 2014. the position was great just in the middle of Old San Juan. The staff was all the time ready to help us. they have a very nice rooftop that is open 24h. The room and the restroom were very clean and tidy

Attractively located in the center of San Juan, Palacio Provincial - Adults Only has air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. Great quiet, cozy room. Perfect for the night of our wedding. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had a great view.

The staff and receptionist were incredibly helpful in offering suggestions for dinner or excursions and even moved me to a bigger room

Featuring local artwork and a relaxing terrace, this Old San Juan hotel is less than 3 km from the Castillo de San Cristobal. An honor bar is located inside the hotel. Everything was great, easy check-in , easier checkout. The position was excellent and even if near a busy street, none of the noise reached me. Staff was available and friendly. Room was smaller than I thought but super comfortable and more than enough for 1 or 2 people. Will definitely come back!

This downtown boutique hotel features a roof-top terrace overlooking San Juan Bay and historic Old San Juan. The property is amazing our room was spacious and the staff could not be more helpful. The rooftop pool area was great with views over the San Juan rooftops
