Very nice hotel, in a good location, and with a wonderful breakfast. I asked for a quiet room and got one that was not facing the road so I didn't have any sound! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extensive and delicious.

Conveniently situated in the Aoba Ward district of Sendai, Henn na Hotel Sendai Kokubuncho is set 18 km from Shiogama Shrine, 1.1 km from Sakuraoka Daijingu and 1.6 km from Sendai International... Interesting concept where everything is self-operated with clear instructions. However when I needed help, staff was readily available via a direct call at the counter. Room was spacious, and location was perfect along a shopping arcade. It is quite a walk from the station if you're carrying a big luggage though.

We felt very welcome and the room as well as the bathroom was very clean. The hotel is close to all the stations you need and you can walk to all of them.

I think I’ve found the Best hotel breakfast in Sendai! With ingredients from Sendai and nearby they have prepared a sumptuous buffet line. ALL the dishes were delectable. ALL the staff have provided a pleasantly warm and very attentive service. Bravos! Public bath was nice with 2 wash&dry machines for men. The wifi signal was good. If only the hotel has had the new smart tv with YouTube ready it would have been PERFECT!
