The hotel staff were happy to be in charge of arranging to receive the package for the room. The stay was perfect according to APA standards. The location was close to the skytrain. On the last day I was impressed by the hard work of the staff. A female hotel employee on duty in the morning on 9 april 2024 had the business of picking up a parcel, which impressed her very much. It deserves to be rewarded for being attentive to customers. That morning, I still hadn't received the parcel and had to go to the office to contact the office myself, but she came to take care of this and was very impressed and will go back to stay again.

There are many convenient stores within the area and local shops for dine in too by foot. The staff even gave us a nice room with a very beautiful view. We appreciate the kind staff and a great breakfast during our stay. We will definitely book here again!

We loved this hotel. Juso does not have many things to offer in the evening, but you can still get great food around the station. Station about 5min walking and trains leave every few minutes to go to Osaka Umeda. Spacious rooms, super clean, bath and shower, quiet but close to the city center.
