We stayed as a family of 4 in the Juliette suite - A separate building entry, with a huge main room, a separate bedroom, a sofa bed, and our own Juliette balconies. Best of all was the staff, especially Maria, who was so friendly and helpful. Driving and parking in Verona is a real adventure for North Americans, and we so appreciated being able to drive to the front door, and the staff helped us with our bags, and parked the car for us, and were helpful thoughout our stay. King & Queen of a castle - that is how we felt. What a wonderful stay we had in this very comfortable and well located place. Just 2 blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Verona - this apartment is located in a quaint side street. We were welcomed by Dennis who took great pride in setting us up with information on restaurants and places to go. We also took advantage of the valet car service. Well worth it. Highly recommend a stay - go and enjoy!
