Services are great, location is perfect, minutes away from everything you could imagine, staff members are very, very nice and kind, the room was above expectations in terms of luxury and cleanliness, and we had big expectations 😁

Conveniently located in Florence, Casa G. Firenze offers air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a bar. Perfect location in the thick of the action and very close to the airport tram too. The hotel was just what we needed with lovely rooms, a fabulous sitting room with an exceedingly well stocked honesty bar whcih was the perfect place for a rest bite and super staff.

Golden Tower is a completely non-smoking luxury boutique hotel next to Palazzo Strozzi, in Florence's most exclusive area. This property features a spa for extra charge, ultra-modern rooms and a bar. Nice variety, staff was prompt, polite and very efficient. Daniele was exceptional.

Al Palazzo del Marchese di Camugliano is set in a 16th-century building with original frescoes and a charming internal garden. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated and well kept. My room (rosso) was huge. Breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful dining room (during summer they open the garden for breakfast). Staff wonderful (specially at the breakfast) and promptly attended all my requests. Close to the main attractions and train station. We just took taxi for the station because of our large suitcases. The experience of staying in a 16th century place was amazing.

Absolutely stellar service at this hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. Letizia and her colleagues went above and beyond, offering impeccable recommendations for dining and even arranging a last-minute city guide for us. The breakfast was delightful, sweet and accompanied by the warmest of staff.

Renovated in 2024, Room Mate Isabella is an elegant 19th-century building on Florence's designer shopping street, 5 minutes' walk from the Uffizi Gallery and the Cathedral. All perfect, location, staff, decoration, special treats!! I really recommend Room Mate Isabella as an amazing option in Firenze!!
