I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel. Its prime location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hospitality was top-notch; the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which added a touch of luxury to my experience. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit every palate. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with excellent service.

Set along the Arno River with stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio, The St. Regis Florence is set in a historical building designed by Brunelleschi. Ne-a placut cladirea istorica si mai ales Winter Garden, unde am servit micul dejun si “Evening Ritual” Camera frumos decorata, cu balcon si vedere spre râul Arno. Am apreciat cadul personalizat de bun venit insotit de sticla de vin. Ne-a fost de mare folos extinderea check-out pentru ora 14.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the room was neat and tidy. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The lobby area, furnished with comfortable sofas, provided a tranquil atmosphere. I'm certainly planning to return.

The whole place is modern and recently renovated, the reception area is welcoming and cosy, and the rooms are spacious, bright and well-equipped. The staff was especially helpful and friendly, and the receptionist who welcomed us - Max, was very warm and friendly, making the stay even better. There is a great selection of pastry for breakfast, along with a variety of typical Italian cheeses and hams, and they have packed gluten-free options. We would definitely stay at Dedo again!

With a quiet yet central location, Hotel Embassy is a few steps from Santa Maria Train Station in central Florence. It serves a varied buffet breakfast in its dining room with original arches. Great mattress, nice modern room with a bathtub. Friendly staff and great Air Conditioning.
